MUSOMAGIC MENTORS
MusoMagic offers a more in-depth and comprehensive leadership development opportunity through the Peer Mentor Program, which sees students becoming mentors to their peers and guiding them through the workshop experience. Peer Mentors receive training and guidance in managing the responsibilities placed upon them, along with opportunities allowing them to facilitate aspects of workshops and ongoing activities in the community. Mentor programs are developed in consultation with schools and youth organisations to ensure best practice in child protection and safety and, where possible, may garner credits for state high school certificates.

ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE
MusoMagic provides long or short-term programs that engage students more directly in the creative processes of writing, recording, production and video. Special projects can be tailored to suit particular themes or issues, and students are empowered with planning and executing a project from start to finish.

All programs are developed in consultation with the school or youth organisation to ensure that projected outcomes are achieved and get the most out of their MusoMagic experience.

CULTURAL EXCHANGE & COLLABORATION
Students in communities that are separated by distance receive the chance to collaborate with each other via the Internet, creating a song and video that educates and enlightens each group about the other. It’s a unique and engaging project that celebrates differences and bring students in touch with peers through a shared creative journey, opening up different worlds and ways of life in the process.
